  • We act as a Data Processor when providing pupil photography services to schools under contract.

  • We act as a Data Controller for our website, direct enquiries, business administration, and marketing activities.

2. School Photography Services

We photograph pupils under agreement with schools.

  • We do not collect pupil names, class lists, or parent contact details.

  • Schools are responsible for determining the lawful basis for photography and obtaining any required parental consent.

  • Images are processed solely to deliver the agreed photography service.


3. Online Proofing and Ordering

We use Pics4Schools (One Vision Imaging Ltd) to host secure online galleries and manage orders.

  • Parent/guardian contact details and payment information entered during ordering are collected and processed by Pics4Schools under its own privacy policy.

  • We do not store or access full payment card details.

4. Marketing Use of Images

We may use selected pupil images for marketing purposes (such as our website, social media or printed materials) only where we have received a signed parental model release form.

We never use pupil images for marketing without explicit written consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Contact us directly via email or website

  • Provide a signed model release

This may include name, contact details and information contained in the enquiry.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encrypted storage, password-protected systems and restricted access to image archives.
